If you do not apply for registration of your marriage within 60 days from the date of rituals, if it is solemnised in Delhi, you have to pay fine.

• Between 60 days to 120 days of marriage solemnisation, there is a late fine of Rs. 500
• Beyond 120 days of marriage solemnisation, there is a fine of Rs. 1000
• There is no late fine for the registration of marriage solemnised before the year 2014
