To register a marriage in Delhi, you have to provide some documents. To get a valid Marriage certificate in Delhi you have to prove your identity and relationship with each other of husband and wife. You will need to submit below mentioned documents with marriage registrar:

• Marriage invitation card
• A marriage certificate issued by local priest, Pandit, Father, Qazi or any other person who solemnised the marriage as per their religious belief.
• Two recent photos of husband & wife (2×2 inches)
• Aadhar card of husband & wife
• A letter of consent from husband & wife.
• A copy of birth certificate or identity card of husband & wife.
• Proof of residence in the district where you want to get married (utility bill, rent agreement, etc).
• Two witnesses having (voter id/ passport/Driving License) & PAN card
• Marriage Affidavit

The minimum age for registration of marriage is 21 years for Man and 18 years for Girl.

If any of the party is already married in past, their previous marriage should be dissolved before they can marry again in Delhi and marriage registration.
